- These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for the provision of electronic services by the Company.
- The site can be used 24/7. The site may be unavailable during periods of maintenance and in case of failure. This also applies to the DATACAR service.
- Using the Site is possible if:

- the User’s IT system meets the technical requirements, i.e., uses one of the following browsers: IE 8.0, Firefox 20, Chrome 16, Opera 10 or later with Java applets, JavaScript, Adobe Flash Player and Cookies enabled.
- The user can access the Terms & Conditions free of charge at https://www.cmpl.pl/.
- When using the Site, the User is obligated, in particular, to observe the prohibition of providing, by means of electronic communication, content that causes disruption or overload of information and communication systems, and that violates the welfare of third parties, generally accepted social norms, or that is inconsistent with generally applicable laws.
- Provision of services by electronic means
- Through the Site, the Company provides electronic services to Users, consisting in particular of enabling the User to access the DATACAR system available at http://91.230.75.68:100/, which includes, in particular,registering and maintaining the User’s account in this system and providing access to all or selected functionalities of DATACAR. The principles of providing electronic services in the form of enabling the User to access the DATACAR system are governed by a separate agreement concluded between the Company and the User.
- The Site may incorporate integrated plug-ins for the social networks in which the Company has
its fan pages, namely:
- a plug-in for the social network “Facebook” (whose provider is Meta Platforms, Inc., and for users in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom – Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; hereinafter referred to as “Facebook”), which can be recognised by the “Facebook” logo; the Company’s fanpage is available at: https://www.facebook.com/catmosolfpolska
- a plug-in for the social network “LinkedIn” (whose provider is LinkedIn Corporation, and forusers in the European Union, EEA and Switzerland -LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company – hereinafter referred to as “LinkedIn”), which can be recognised by the “Linkedin” logo; the Company’s fanpage is available at:https://pl.linkedin.com/company/catmosolfpolska.
- By clicking on the button of the given plug-in referred to in point 2 above, the User, via the Internet browser installed on his/her terminal device, will establish a direct connection to the server of the given social network. Whether or not to establish such a connection is at the User’s own discretion.
- Once the connection to the server of the social network is established, the User will be redirected to the Company’s fanpage. The User will have access to the full content of the Company’s fanpage, provided that he or she has registered an account with the social network. Registration of an account on a social network is voluntary, however, in the event of such registration, the User will enter into a direct legal relationship with the provider of the relevant social network according to the terms and conditions specified in the relevant terms and conditions (for Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/policies_center/, forLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement?).
- The Company may monitor the User’s use of the fanpage, i.e. verify the User’s interactions on that fanpage, including interactions with other users of the portal, adding posts, adding reactions to posts, adding comments, sharing posts, and may also read information directed to the Company in private messages or in chat. If the User does not want the Company to monitor the indicated interactions, he/she should log out of the respective social network or stop browsing the fanpages.
- The Company shall take all necessary measures to ensure the proper functioning of the Site. The User should inform the Company of any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the Site.
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Site, including irregularities or interruptions in the operation of the Site’s technical infrastructure and any of its functionalities (not excluding the availability of the DATACAR), should be sent to . The complaint should specify the name of the complainant, their correspondence address, and the type and date of the irregularity. The Company undertakes to review the complaint within 14 days from the date of its filing, and if this is not possible, to notify the complainant within this period of time of the reasons for the delay and the expected date of review of the complaint, but in each case the period shall not be longer than 30 days from the date of filing the complaint.

rights, together with the code of the software used, belong to or have been transferred under relevant
licenses to the Company. The following are not permitted without the written consent of the Company:
- complete or partial copying, modification, distribution, use or reproduction in any form of the content of the Site or the code of the software used; this also applies to trademarks, nameplates or logos;
- removing notices of intellectual property rights contained in original materials or any materials copied or printed from the Site;
- placing links redirecting to the Site.
